Tracking

We aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Our standard dispatch times are 2-5 working days for in stock items excluding furniture and custom framed prints which may incur a slightly longer lead time.

If you need something urgently or by a specific date please contact us prior to placing an order so we can confirm availability and arrange express delivery where required.

Standard deliveries

* Excludes furniture, framed prints and other bulky items.

You'll see detailed tracking information for your new delivery. Check back in as often as you like for updates.

* If you notice that your order is listed as cancelled when tracking your order with Shippit this is because we use Shippit for around 95% of our deliveries but for some deliveries we use alternative courier or Australia Post.

 

International or heavy / bulky deliveries 

We use a range of providers for International orders or delivery of heavy / bulky items and furniture. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with detailed tracking instructions specific to the delivery service used.

Pick up

If you have selected to pick up your order we will contact you via email to make arrangements with you as soon as your order is ready.
