* If you notice that your order is listed as cancelled when tracking your order with Shippit this is because we use Shippit for around 95% of our deliveries but for extra large items and International deliveries we use alternative courier or Australia Post.
International or heavy / bulky deliveries
We use a range of providers for International orders or delivery of heavy / bulky items and furniture. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with detailed tracking instructions specific to the delivery service used.

Depending on your location and distance from us delivery times once dispatched vary. We ship all orders from our Sydney based warehouse.
Express or urgent deliveries
If you need something urgently or by a specific date please contact us before placing your new order so we can confirm stock availability and arrange an Express or specially timed delivery for you.
If you have selected to pick up your order we will contact you via email to make arrangements with you as soon as your order is ready.
