How to stock an airbnb for you Guests.

Have you started renting out your property using airbnb? Wondering what you need to have in the home to assure they enjoy themselves and feel at home?

Here is our Airbnb amenities, BNB Supplies, Must have Check lists:

  • Dishes and cutlery
  • Pots and pans
  • Oil, salt and pepper
  • Oven
  • Stove
  • Refrigerator
  • Microwave
  • Coffee Machine
  • Dishwasher

The Essentials 

  • Freshly laundered bed linen on each bed
  • Sufficient pillows for each guest
  • Clean, good condition towels for each guest
  • Fully furnished kitchen so guests can cook their own meals
  • Toilet paper (a few rolls in each bathroom at least)
  • Bathroom toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and hand soap
  • Towel hooks
  • Hot water
  • Air conditioning and/or heating if/when necessary
  • Hairdryer
  • Plenty of clothes hangers
  • TV (with cable or Netflix etc.)
  • Wireless internet (WiFi)
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Washer/dryer and detergent
  • Private entrance to the home
  • Extra pillows and blankets – “just in case”

For Disabilities:

  • Wide hallway clearance for easy wheelchair access (at least 36 inches wide on the ground floor)
  • Step-free access to the home
  • Elevator that’s at least 32 inches wide
  • Wet-room style bathroom
  • Roll-in shower with chair
  • Bathtub with shower chair
  • Hand-held shower head
  • Grab rails in the bathroom (even if removable)
  • Accessible-height toilet
  • Accessible-height bed
  • Wide clearance to bed
  • Well-lit path to entrance
  • Wide doorway (at least 32 inches)
  • Flat smooth pathway to the front door (with little to no slope for ease of access)
  • Disabled or wide parking spot
