How to stock an airbnb for you Guests.

Have you started renting out your property using airbnb? Wondering what you need to have in the home to assure they enjoy themselves and feel at home?

Kitchen:

Dishes and cutlery
Pots and pans
Oil, salt and pepper
Oven
Stove
Refrigerator
Microwave
Coffee Machine
Dishwasher

The Essentials

Freshly laundered bed linen on each bed
Sufficient pillows for each guest
Clean, good condition towels for each guest
Fully furnished kitchen so guests can cook their own meals
Toilet paper (a few rolls in each bathroom at least)
Bathroom toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and hand soap
Towel hooks
Hot water
Air conditioning and/or heating if/when necessary
Hairdryer
Plenty of clothes hangers
TV (with cable or Netflix etc.)
Wireless internet (WiFi)
Iron and ironing board
Washer/dryer and detergent
Private entrance to the home
Extra pillows and blankets – “just in case”

For Disabilities:

Wide hallway clearance for easy wheelchair access (at least 36 inches wide on the ground floor)
Step-free access to the home
Elevator that’s at least 32 inches wide
Wet-room style bathroom
Roll-in shower with chair
Bathtub with shower chair
Hand-held shower head
Grab rails in the bathroom (even if removable)
Accessible-height toilet
Accessible-height bed
Wide clearance to bed
Well-lit path to entrance
Wide doorway (at least 32 inches)
Flat smooth pathway to the front door (with little to no slope for ease of access)
Disabled or wide parking spot
